While 2012 is in full swing and we’re already in the midst of plotting out our goals for this new year, we wanted to take a moment to recap the past 12 months, and share with you blessings from the year.
2011 proved to be a tremendous year of growth for our organization. Our total sales increased threefold, we added an online Etsy account and began planning for a new English development program, English on Wheels, which is set to launch this February among several other accomplishments.

Much of this growth is due to all of our supporters. Thank you for consistently believing in the work of Hill Country Hill Tribers, for reading the stories of the women we work with, sharing our updates with friends and family, attending our events and buying our products. Because of you, we were able to help 26 artisans who earned more in 2011 from their beautiful handmade bags, scarves, jewelry and other products than they ever have before. Courage to create needs encouragement, and in this we were all blessed this year, so thank you!
